Vampiric Manor - 60x40 TTRPG Encounter Map

As the party approaches the manor that they've been invited to for a gala they notice that not everything is right: the trees are dead or dying, a low fog hangs in the air, and the windows on the 2nd floor are all either boarded or bricked over closed.
